Thou Shall not EXPECT much

it seems like
the never-ending-roller-coaster-ride
of CRUELTY and AGONY of mine
will not come up yet to its END anytime soon
it's a TERRIFYING fact
that i should FACE!
too much EXPECTATIONS
will make ONE suffer
in accordance with that
i have now decided to make my LIFE
at ease by not MAKING things COMPLICATED
sounds easy bit it's DAMN HARD
for sure
